I wish there was a BMW with the performance prowess of an e30 and the looks of an e36...

Can I have both as a choice?

did you hear of E36 M3?
E36 looks nice, tho some might say it look a little "riced"

Neverthless, good looking cars, all of them, and cheap aswell - making the avarage Joe able to buy one.
E30 all day long, 2.5 straight 6, rwd and abs... all you need plus its a great looking car...

need i say more ??
E30 all the way!!
e36 for me

look at this awsome front
Looks great imo
E30 every time! (not that I'm biased )

E39 - Too rep-mobile-ish.
E36 - Only thing missing in one of those is burberry seat covers. Every council estate and it's long lost brother has one.

Ian
E36 for me. Not the model in the OP though - that bodykit is horrible.
The E30 is alright, but it's too boxy for me.
that vs motor e34 is sick!
The greatness of a BMW can be measured on the lean angle of the grill. Of the given choices, e30 is therefore the better one, easily spanked by e21 and 2002 turbo. (and the droolilicious e24 635 but it's a GT)
E30, that E36 is slightly modified so it's not really a fair picture to represent that model because a nicely modified E30 looks stunning.

e30 is beautiful even if it's original.. It's ugly if there are some mods in it!

Yes but Japanese cars are much more expensive... BMWs are cheaper.

ugh yeah.. now I'm even more against drifting

the e34

*only in sweden*

An E34 touring would be quite nice I think.. but for me, in the 5-series range, it'd have to be an E28 (bottle-tops would have to be replaced with a decent set of BBS X-spokes though):

One of the fellas that I picked an E30 up off of was also selling an E28 M5. Wasn't sure if the £170 I was paying was going to be sufficient for the (almost mint) M5.. so refrained from asking and took the E30 instead

I'm so going with E36

japanese aren't more expensive. It's the fact that they need to be imported is when they get expensive. Otherwise, they are just as much as any other car. So, he is right, and he is also incorrect. So you don't need to worry about that. But yeah, I am against the fact that more ricers do drifting. What drifting needs in some American and European. European would look absoleutly best though. I'll take the new M3 with the V8 for a drift car (like mine off of Pro Street!!!)
#50 - robt
E30 for me, looks best out the 3......and the headlights make a nifty cheap upgrade for my capri
