This is easily prevented. Join a race in progress after the pit lane opened, find a position where there is no car in sight in front or behind you, drive a fast lap and start at the front next race.

Wroks for me I usualy get a grid spot from 10th to 3rd place

S14 did suggest opening a STD server for the Silver+ drivers in his post, though the main idea was obviously to include S2 tracks on Race 1.
This had indeed been suggested many times before. And I'm still waiting for the STD cars to be available on Race 2...
I think it will happen with the update that is necessary when the VWS is released.
Along with a couple of other fixes and things IIRC.
