But if you look at it, Victor mentions a FEATURE, a car cannot be a feature, which leads me to believe that it could be fog, also beacuse of Scawens questioning earlier in the month about fog's affect on FPS tells more about that too. but then the guru thingie that 'James "The Monster-ator'" mentioned, also leads us to believe otherwise.
