you don`t actually know where to find the tribals? 
if grid is on pc u can make it by ur self, just find the skin

If you have it on your PC, you can download a .PSSG file extractor, and open up the skins 
painted it. dont have grid.
All it needs is the decals and the tribal on roof.. if u have a screenies of the roof post please or i guess

Well you can actualy use the skin if you download patch X. Or you just rename the file and use it with the XRG
