How to make my wheel work on PS3?
Hi,

I'm currently downloading some racing games on my PS3 and would like to try them wih my steering wheel. I checked and the Momo is compatible with the games I'm downloading, but I would like to know something. Is it normal that the two lights on the wheel arent on as they are on my PC? And do I have to plug the wheel in the first USB port so that the PS3 recognise as the controller I will use to drive?

If you have a DFP or a G25 it's the same thing, I just dont get how to make it properly work.
Hey, When i use my DFP with my PS3, i have to plug everything in first, then turn the PS3 on, then the wheel will calibrate itself i remember correctly, or it will calibrate when the game starts, but make sure u plug it all in first, and it should be recognised, hope that helps
I restarted my console and one of the lights is on now. I only have Motorstorm 2 right now and the wheel is recognised. I can't use the pedals tho, I have to use the buttons to throttle and brake. I'll see when I'm done with downloading Grid if I can set it up properly.

I take it not all the games support FFB? Atleast Motorstorm doesn't seem to have FFB enabled but it's the demo so I can't do anything...
plug the electric current, maybe it's that...
No it's plugged, besides that, 7% until I can test the wheel in Grid demo. ^_^
Hmm... I tried to plug my Momo as the first controller when the console was turned off. I restarted and it didnt work.

I took my DFP, did the same, and yet the PS3 doesn't seem to read them. It's like they're not plugged. The wheels on the DFP are working and all, it's just like there's no wheel recognised...
weird.. my joystick (airattack3 - the cheapest i found) works fine lol, same with g25
Oups... I forgot to turn the power bar on... All working now.
