Intro
Baltic Cup 2009 is a league that will give a opportunity for Baltic racers to compete with eachother. There will be 5 rounds with 5 different combos. Maximum amount of drivers will be 30 – that means 10 drivers from each community.
Each community must organize qualification round themselves and TOP 10 will get to race round. Start grid will be combined using qualification times from every communities qual round.
There will be no registration, participating in qualification round is the same as sign-up.

Rules

Participating
In LFS Baltic Cup 2009 can participate every LFS racer who is / lives in Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia). To participate in Baltic Cup 2009 You must get in TOP 10 of the local qualification round which is organized by Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian community separately.

Name
For the race name of the racer should be in this order : County code (EE/LV/LT) - Name.Surname initial

Country code must be blue for EE , red for LV and green for LT, "-" and rest of the name in white.

General
1.Any kind of blocking or reckless driving is prohibited.
2.In each race must be done 1 mandatory pit stop.
3.Pitting in 1st lap is prohibited.
4.Blocking PIT entry or exit is disallowed.
5.Cutting is disallowed.
6.Talking during the race is disallowed. If something happens, You park You're car In the side of the road safely or do a SHIFT+P and exit the server.
7.Layout will be used if needed.

8. You must race with same car as You drove in qualification !

We'll ... Latvian qual round will be also in our server, so actually i can do qualification thread here.

We can do some agreements about when will be qualy rounds and me + other organizers can help organize Latvian qual round too. You're job would be inform the drivers somehow.

I think the LFS Estonia server is going to have that combo soon, if you can see it on there you can enter it.

In LFS Estonia by Gaming.ee server racers can choose the track, i just need to open all cars, that's all.

We already chose the date for Latvian qualification:

Date - 01.02.2009
Time - 20:00

So, that day is taken.
Of course if Estonians want to do their qual in the same day, then I can change the date for Latvia. Because its your server, you are the boss here.

I didn't get one thing, what server name will actually be?

LFS Estonia by Gaming.ee or LFS Estonia (without Gaming.ee because it is an advertisement)

Pioneer - It's with the LFS Estonia by Gaming.ee obviously if it says there. As I understood then Gaming.ee hosts a server for them...but it's not that important, you would eventually still find out the server name even if you weren't sure.

That whole thing is a name. "by Gaming.ee" is because of sponsorship and publicity. That is one point in agreement, thanks to that we got this server for free.

Actually yes, it's a race so i can't take this in consideration. Cause race is not the same with qualification.

Second aspect of this is that rules are saying that every community does qualification on they're own, but still, there is specified that it must be qualification.

So i suggest You do proper 30 min / 1 h quaification and provide me replay too. It would be good also to notify about qualification next time.
