Why not car cannot be logged on fence?

I have watched on YouTube some Formula Class Crashes and there was two of them where car actually got stuck on "safe-fence", fortunately

I did the fence think on the kyoto oval in a ufr, the difference being that my car was about 14 feet in the air stuck in that safety fence above the concrete wall!
