OK I have no sound, when it says my sound device is working.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce 8200M card, And here is a link to all specs, I can not find what is working..

I did delete the speaker option in sounds, but i redownloaded the driver now it doesnt work.????!

You don't have sound through your HDMI output? Try setting the HDMI output as the default sound output in the sound control panel, under default devices.

Firstly, start at the basics.

Go into control panel and check that all the sounds are selected to come out of the relevant speaker. Second of all, make sure the volume is turned up/that it's not muted! Easily done.

If you're having any trouble after that, just try a system restore

Im not using the HDMI, i am using the speakers thing....and s14 a system restore will delete everything i have on my computer.....

it's better than deleting needed items by yourself. did you uninstall the broken driver, reboot, install new driver, reboot?

idk how, tinkering around, but i got it to work!
