Hi Guys n Girls

So first of all its my first thread in this forum, so i wan't to say hi. Im 22 years old, live in Austria for 16 years now, but I was born in Poland. Im studying "Engineering for Computer-based Learning" in my 7th Semester (out of 8). Been playing LFS for a longer time, but got the licence not so long ago.

But back to topic. I made a short movie (my second 2 LFS movie) about our team (basically you can say we are noobs, but we are trying =)). its really short, but i had to finish it before exams in university.

I've been reading this forum for some time now, and i know, that Squidhead is going to critisize the sh*t out of me, but bring it on... i'm ready for some critics =)

A very nice video actually. Didnt expect that! The music didnt always fit the movie though.

Special effects are like tricks and stunts on a bike... while camerawork and other aspects of video capturing is like knowing how to ride one... and that's what you have to improve (camerawork that is), it needs to be smoother (yes even if you plan to add shaking later). Positioning was ok though.
Apart from that I really didn't like the part where you made me watch 10 seconds straight from the in car cam at a person around who you were doing donuts... I saw that same shot 2 times in the past 10 seconds, why would you want to put it in 3 times, with 1 of them over 10 seconds long is beyond me...
Music fit quite good, and the syncing was ok, special effects were on a high level I must say... all in all, a very good vid, especially for a 2nd

The 10 seconds donut thing is in there because it should have been a longer movie so i thought it wouldn't so bad when the movie is for example 5 minutes long. but like i said i had to finish the movie so i made it pretty short.

improving the camerawork is a matter of training i think, and because i have not much of training in doing lfs-movies i think i will get better when making more movies.

so i guess making tricks on a bike, even when you cant ride it is not so bad =))

It's a question of patients a lot of times, and that's something I don't really possess.

Well, I think this is a very good try for a second movie, you have the potencial and the effects are already awesome on this one. If you had more time I believe it could be even more watchable. I would say 8/10 overall.

Nice! I really liked it. Except for the part at about 1:13 where it looks a little laggy. Maybe it's just the slowmotion, if so.. i found it a little too slow.
Makes me want to try making movies..

Sorry for going offtopic, but those fern bay textures (road, kerbs in general), are those a pack of some kind? I've been looking for them for ages but haven't found any. Can you share them?
