Seems like we starting to move on from "sunday drivers" to "more active team". What means: That it was point from beginning, that we trying to get somekind of "rails" with this team. We needed enough members, website, skins etc ready to do something like that. And i think we starting to be now in that position 
We stayed in those "sunday drivers" for months, and i think its finally time to move on
So i say this to all members:
Plz just try to be more active! all you need to do, is that you just checking out our team-forum once a day or two.
You can find ALL the things from there. Its taking about one minute from your time.
This still not meaning that we trying to be the most active/best/whatever team. And we still not racing in any league.
So we dont take so huge step yet/ever?. We just wanna that you taking more responsibility.

I shall be looking elsewhere for a team that does not take things as seriously and is active at all ours of the day and not 1 day a week at a fixed time, which I could not make.

Incorrect, we are active all the time. In forums, racing in servers etc.If i understanded this right, the only problem was that team-meating. Its just best for the weekend, and the time should be right for all of us. Becouse we got couple of chinese guys driving, we pretty much cant move that time later
Like i said in our team forums, if you couldnt come to meeting, just tell us about it! That was pretty much only thing what we asked for you to do for our team, and that was too hard for some of us..
Why do you need to have meetings? Why can't you just drive together whenever you play? Having meetings at a fixed specific time does not always work out well. Making it so it was 13:00GMT on a saturday afternoon just won't work for me. Last meeting no one turned up to it either, which kind of proves my point.
Anyway I have left now so I am out of your hair. I am now looking out for a team that would better suit my criteria.

I think he is saying that seeing each other on track or MSN or vent for that matter works better. A team meeting is good off course but can be a must for some people on certain times. And we dont all have the same amount of time in real live to commit yourself to a weekly team meeting.
I have seen that happen so often that people must join there weekly team meeting which eventually puts them off racing. LFS or any sim game is just for fun. Sure its good to achieve certain goals but always remember you start playing the game or sim bcus you liked it.
Dont make it yourself difficult. I know for a fact people from different timezones is almost impossible to see every week. Especially with big time difference. Use ventrillo or teamspeak as main communication and you will see that people take the time and interest to seek you up for a chat or a race. No must do things just chill.
It isn't a must to do, you need to just inform if you can't come. Shouldn't be a big deal
