i have a question about the car sound i have download some car sound and i cant instal them propully...

Put them in data/sound folder and then in game press SHIFT+A and load it from the menu.

i did that but it didnt worked... where have i got to press shift+a in the engine data files.... thanks for your answer

But ... The installation manual should come with the whole package when u buy a wheel. Am i wrong? I dont think so, with lfs it should be plug'n'play when drivers and calibrations are done (if needed)

Press esc while playing and go to "View" or "Player" or one of those. Look for the "Wheel OFF - Hands OFF". Click it until you get "Wheel ON - Hands ON".

You mean you downloaded a different steering wheel texture?

If yes, just put it into the data/dds folder, but make a backup of the old file.

so if its a sound we put it in the sound forder if it is a wheel we put it in the dds if it is a track or a body kit ?

If downloaded sounds don't work after you have put them in the data/sound folder, and you have opened the shift+a menu and tried to load them in game then download the Z10 patch.

As for textures, data/dds.

i have a search in www.google.gr about lfs body or car sounds and i download them but the prob is that i cant instal them in the game...

.eng files are in data/engine not data/sound, what is everyone talking about!?
