The wheels are too 'blurry' - they don't look solid.
The chrome is nasty, but not if black would look better of it is just simplistic lighting.
The grille image is very 2D and rubbish. Either improve the texture (with a displacement map and an opacity map) or model it in 3D properly.
don't know what type of render engine are you using, but i hope there is a setting for color mapping, in v-ray if you set it to exponential it reduce the overbright so you can create much better chrome things, here is a picture where you can find it in v-ray:
it's not the luster of the chrome what the problem is.
but the model headlight I've made.
the lens is different than reallytie.
there is failure.
I use the same chrome as the grill.
im sorry to tell you, but imho the surface of the car has a too much plastic look. a painted metal surface has much more shine and glossiness (if cleaned and waxed proper). try to increase the specular level of the skin..
I will make a scene in the daylight
they will see the different.
Marty:
you forget one thing it is a dark studio
the light is the only reflection you see
so there is more than enough shine.
you even can see the floor in the car.
