Kamo created FTP account for me, he used no-ip ( I think so ) and some software for creating such accounts.
Our teammates checked, FTP did work for them but for me it didn't - Total commander hangs up when receiving directory list.
Kamo gave me the log with how it looked like from his side, here it is:

I tried to connect several times - the same effect
I want to add:
1. Total commander is on unblocked list in XP SP2 firewall
2. I tried when firewall was deactivated - no any change
3. I use FTP a lot and it works fine ( Total commander too ).
I am affraid we are never going to find out what is causing this mess
