I've changed a graphic card from 8600gt to 7600gs, and now i can't get into LFS, all i see is the main menu like on the picture, and i can't click anything with the mouse, mouse is moving but it's not detecting the left click.

Is there a solution to this other then reinstalling LFS?

I assume you already reinstalled drivers? They use same drivers but still.

BTW why to change from 8600 to 7600?

Try deleting card.cfg.

I haven't reinstalled, think that would help? (i stoped messing with PC stuff, as it only leads to frustration, so i tend to keep those fidlings at a minimum)

Cooler on 8600 died, so i borrowed a friends card, but it seems to work better with my monitor, it used to flicker with 8600, so i will probably keep this 7600, only 20 euros..

After you've done the drivers, of course...

Tried running LFS in window? Changing "windowed 1" in card.cfg should do it (I'm not sure about this, correct me somebody if I'm wrong). If you can get it running windowed, you can try adjusting some graphics settings and see if it helps...

Can anyone recomend good drivers for 7600gs, should i go with the newest one? And i forgot how to properly install the new driver, do i have to clean the old ones somehow?

Cleaning up old drivers is recommended. There are utilities for that.

With normal Nvidia drivers it is usually enough to just uninstall them. Go to Control Panel --> Add or remove programs and select Nvidia drivers and uninstall them. There is also driver cleaners but I usually don't use them.

After uninstall just restart computer and install the latest drivers.
