Quote from S14 DRIFT :"Omg I've just eaten this meal and I've genuinly left my wallet at home!"

I was at a restaurant with the GF - Put some cash down, and a tip, and left. Just as I was getting in the car and starting the engine I was chased by the waiter because I'd left a tenner short :X

Seems I hadn't taken all the money out of my wallet...
Quote from The Very End :
MY omg moment probally were when I almost drowned as kid. Was out playing on the beach, suddently I could not feel the bottom and started to stress since I could not svim. The feeling of just sinking was horrible and a truelly OMG moment. Luckyl there was this guy that saw it and pushed me in longer on the beach so I could go up to land.

Worst experience ever.

I nearly drowned when I was a kid too, we were on holiday in Menorca and I was walking in the sea and I didn't notice how steep it sloped off, I slipped down it and luckily my dad saw what happened and got me back up. Think I was 5 or 6 I can't remember exactly
lolz, some good ones in this thread.

I seem to go from OMG moment to OMG moment at regular intervals. My last OMG moment I think was when I was talking to a friend who was appologising for not stopping in for a cupper last time she was up my way, and I teasingly gave her a really hard time over it...

Then as we where talking I mentioned that i'd been to Southampton the weekend before and she said "Becky" I said 'yeah?'.... "I live in Southampton".
My most memorable OMG moment was one day when I rode to my work experience by bike:

I was riding on the pavement because the road beneath was congested, when I realized some trash cans in front of me, naturally in the middle of my way. I had to choose left (traffic side) or right (house wall) of which I chose left, estimating it the wider gap. Well, it wasn't. My handlebar got stuck at a trash can which caused me to tumble directly towards traffic, one of these milk lorries rolling next to me. I was exactly level with the rear axles of the trailer and the only thing I could try to make it not worse was to hold up against the trailer directly above the wheels. Nevertheless I fell, and as the lorry drove on (I beg the driver didn't notice anything), I found myself (including my bike) laying on the road, directly in front of the following car that could be barely stopped.

It took some minutes, a completely ruined pair of trousers and some slight abrasions for me to realize that if I had tumbled one or two metres ahead I could have probably been rolled over by a lorry with cow juice. That was scary and would have surely changed my attitude towards milk.
I was riding my bicycle when I was 9 years old, it was 16:00 so it was time for a few races with a friend , went out and ran a few races but suddently I woke up the next day saying "WTF AM I DOING HERE?" or "OMG". My friend said that we were running fast and cool but he crossed (or myself I don't remember) into my way and crashed my bike so I went off flying and hit my head against the concrete street and boom headshot I can't remember anything of that afternoon

When I woke up the next morning I heard all kind of jokes coming from my friend's dad "You owe me 20 pesos, do you remember?"... LoL

I was like Lucy from 50 first dates but my memory lasted shorter!, my mom says that I arrived home and asked for my dad "Where is my dad?" and like 20 seconds later I asked the same question again "Where is my dad?"

It was nice \o/ I'd do it again... or maybe not because I need glasses since that day
Why can't Wilders go into Britain?
=/
:sadbanana:
My OMG moment today is at school, I was chasing some guy round, then on some grass land, I ran a bit too fast, tried to turn and SPLAT ; I landed side on the ground.

Black trousers were then half brown. Coulda been worse. I had no injuries!

I had the day of School (t'was closed for whatever reason), and having passed my test a few days earlier with some mates in the car we just went into town and pissed about - At the end of the day we were all back at my car except for one guy - So we thought it would be funny to move the car.

He came back, hilarity ensued- until he saw me. He started running straight for the car, and I tried to drive forwards, but he was infront of me, and wasn't stopping - I stopped, and he just kept on running - up the bonnet, over the windscreen, onto the roof and then slid down the back onto the back of the car, and then just hopped into the back door and I went.

The whole time an Asda trolley guy was watching, and his face was just like :0. It was ****ing hilarious

Bad news - I still have a little footshaped dent on the roof of my car

Moral of the story, if you're friend is wanting to play chicken against you when you're in a car........don't stop, he'll know better the next time around.

:sadbanana:

because the British government is too concerned about the 'security threat' yet on the very same day invited an al-qaieda member on a guided tour around the houses of parliament

Basically it's another story of the British government caving in to pressure from Muslims
Quote from mookie427 :Basically it's another story of the British government caving in to pressure from Muslims

That seems to be quite true, unfortunately. And said pressure is being applied wherever Islamic leaders feel it is required, which most of the time even works!

He's been arrested and has just made his return flight. Maybe we (The Netherlands) should do the same as Britain? Arrest upon arrival and send him back. He'll be trapped in a black hole!

Anyway, my OMG moment:
Going down a mountain on a snowy road on a sled with a friend of mine in front. He wasn't too quick with learning how to steer with your feet and when we wanted to steer away from the ledge with a 600m drop, he steered RIGHT INTO IT!

Good news? We were stopped before falling into our deaths.
Bad news? We were stopped by a tree, at roughly 60km/h.

Another OMG moment for me was at Mallory park last year, car bonnet took off at about 80mph, doing a backflip onto the track behind and bashing me on the head as it did so, all in about a split second, made me crap myself.

And today, the Engine in the Bus I got on blew up, was sitting up the back and there was this really nasty knocking going on beneath my feet, turned round and there was craploads of blue smoke pouring out the back, made me late for college hah.

Hahaha

Was it intentional?

No, although it made me look a proper tool in front of the GF!
Several years ago my wife and I bought a 4 foot by 8 foot section of lattice at a home improvement store about 1.5 miles from our house. Unfortunately it was too big to fit in our '92 Ford Escort hatchback, so we decide to tie it down to the roof for the short drive home. The store gave us some twine to tie it down with.

To our credit, we managed to tie it down without tying the doors shut. The car had the motorized seatbelts that automatically slide up a track when you start the car. The problem was, the twine was blocking the end of the track for both seatbelts and they are apparently "smart" enough that if they don't make it all the way to the top of the track they would go back a little and try it again.

So now the metal seatbelt clips are gently sawing away at the twine. To add to the fun, if I got over about 15 MPH, the front of the lattice would rise up into the air and try to pull away from the car. It was a low speed race to make it home before the seatbelts cut the twine and the lattice went flying up in the air. We made it home. Barely.

I guess that's more of a OMG, I'm so stupid story.

Lol, I want to be on a bus when it blows up.

One time, I was at a service station with my Dad on the way back from some Superbike race, and a coach pulled in, literally billowing a 30ft trail of smoke behind it. I was like "OMG" and "WOW" at the same time.
Quote from hrtburnout :Why would that be? I agree with BlakjeKaas.

Yeah well, i dont really like Wilders but his movie did make a point. :\

It was almost exactly like that, you couldn't see the other end of the high street for a few minutes, thats how much smoke there was!

Haha, looks like its not the first time this has happened.

Quote from J@tko :If you want to know what a chav is, watch that video

The people filming it are the definition of 'chav'.

What do you expect, this is Essex.
Quote from hrtburnout :Why would that be? I agree with BlakjeKaas.

I agree on the fact that id love to see sombudy shoot him
I mrean why do they kill politicions that are loved and never the ones that are hated....
What the government did in this country was so laughably pathetic and blatant pandering to the Muslims that many many people are expressing outrage at their decision. What the government has done is deny a politician the right to free speech because of the 'security risk', yet they still allow extremist imams and such people to propagate their specialist brand of hate towards the 'infidels', and hesistate in arresting them because of 'discrimination'
