Well im at home but im supposed to be doing some work for my dad so... 
Currently at home, but I browse the forum just as much or even more from work.
100% of the whole 4 people who voted at the time you looked...
I browse both at home and at work with work being a larger margin because I'm in front of a computer for 8-10 hours as opposed to about 2 hours or less at home.

There should be an option saying "I'm at this place I hate and no loger call home or my city..." but! I'll vote home.
