Well i got up to patch Y when the game stopped me from all cars + tracks +online + setups + skins ect... and SO if i buy the licence and then type in unlock and write my username and password will every single god damn motor car will be upon my hands, im able to go online and ENJOY RACIN?!?!

Yes, probably. When you buy your licence, you fill in a username and webpassword. With those, you can login at lfs.net and set a gamepassword too. If you open LFS and click unlock, you must enter your username and gamepassword. It'll say 'Welcome to S2' or something, and you'll be free to go online and ENJOY RACIN!

When he got a voucher, he used it to upgrade his demo licence. It's basically just 24 pounds of LFS credit, I think.
