Codemasters' contest is only available for the United Kingdom.
Their objective is to take back the popularity of this name on the country.

So, what they're saying is...
If you have a child called Jason and send it in on those dates (which have already passed), one person has a chance of winning five games. Codie's generosity speaks volumes... Perhaps they're not shifting enough games in this 'tough economic climate'.

£150 (in free games, which were probably lying around the office) spent on publicity should really get them some more sales

They would find a lot here in Germany nowerdays, (socially deprived(?)) families tend to give there kids english names, and Jason is one of the favourites. If only they could pronounce them right (Cindy -> Zündi, Samantha -> Zemenda etc )

Wouldn't bother. Rise of the Argonauts is apparently crap, as is Emergency Mayhem. Bella Sara is some sort of girlie horse grooming sim (or something). Grid and Turning Point might be worth taking though. If they're free.
