Hi all,

After a week's absence (PC went down - again), I am now back with my PC fixed (it isn't running as fast as before, though). Today, I tried to start LFS, but a message showed (check attachment). I tried everything, re-installing the board and its files and it still didn't work. Should I try other methods or go for another graphics board? it's a ATI Radeon 2600HD by the way.

What driver are you using for your video card? Is it the latest one from ATI.com?

which graphics cards would you reccomend for old (2004-2006) motherboards?

I think resetting the .cfg in LFS works. I'm not sure, but give it ago if you don't have much to lose.

I guess he got it working, he's online now.

I'm using another graphics card, an old Nvidia GeForce4 MX440. I'll have to stay with this one until I sort out the problems with the ATI card.
