When does the training server be up ?
and when can we get the numberplates?

I'll probably be able to join the test race this sunday but cannot make it in time for the qualification. Do I have to do anything/inform anyone?

You don't have to inform anyone for the test race, but for proper rounds it'd be really nice if you PMed me stating you can't attend so we can put reserves in.

Numberplates will be issued before Round 1, and we are currently sorting out a new server (well my teammates are supposed to be :P), so we may not have a practice server in place for Test.

The event will start at 7.30pm GMT (already been stated) and the races will be 20 and 40 minutes long. The laps will be determined in about 10 minutes, when i've finished eating my dinner

Are you still eating?

Just did a practice race for the tyres and 20 minutes should be around 15 laps with an average time of low to mid 1:20s.

Race 1 will be 17 Laps and Race 2 will be 34 Laps.

We want people to have to conserve their tyres in Race 1, and either drive miss daisy or pit in Race 2.

When will we get the pasword ?

BTW, if there are crashes at T1 (and I would bet a lot of money that there will be crashes) is it allowed to Shift + P and rejoin the race from the pits? Because that would obviously save a lot of time compared to limping a whole lap to the pits, then repairing the car.

That would have been nice, my car flew out when someone decided it's fun to make a pileup on T1.

edit: watched the replay it was actually one of those physics hiccups, some cars in front of me had an accident and one was thrown backwards, my car in turn was slinged away.
