With my friend we wanna create a Group B Rally Car Club. We make skins to XFR, but we wanna drive the cars on rally maps. With slick tyres it sucks.
Modders, can u make this mod?

i aint a modder and dont know for sure, but from my basic knowledge i dont think this could be done... but we never know

This is more then possible, it has already been done. It's called LFS_Slicktyre and it allows you to put every type of tire on every single car but from what I know it's illegal to share it on the forum.
