Rally photographers are a hardy breed. He's already behind what appears to be a very solid wall and I'm sure he would have noted from the trajectory of the car that it would have been a glancing blow rather than a head on impact. Therefore it would make little to no difference to him whether he stayed where he was or moved inward from the edge of the wall.

Either that or he has melons for cojones.

Or he froze like a rabbit in the headlights and his legs wouldn't work.

looks to mke like somthing on the front left had side broke and sent the car into the wall. could have been the suspension or the stearing but the tire looks ok so i dont think it was that
