I think we'll do two qualifying sessions à 10 minutes. Reason for this is the increased number of sign-ups, wich allows up to 60 (or 58) racers to give it a try in qualifying. There won't be anything like pre-qualifying or stuff, noone is safe because of the previous race results or because of the overall point standings. The top-30 racers out of both sessions will enter the race, and noone is safe. The advantages of this split qualifying are:
the bigger capacity for the league -> up to 60 racers can try to qualify
the bigger selection -> racing might be on a higher level
the bigger space on track during qualifying -> e.g. if 30 cars entered the race in each qualifying are 15 cars
1900UTC would be the start of the first 10min Qualifying
1915UTC would be the start of the second 10min Qualifying
1930UTC would be the start of the Sprint Race
2005UTC would be the start of the Feature Race
If there are not more then 15 cars available, only one session will be held (the second).
-> In combination with the 107% rule this means that it is nessecary to be in the qualifying session to start in the race.
