the mrt doesn't have the suspension to be a dune buggy. 
Maybe some modification to the suspension could be necessary, you're right.

True .. but I doubt the Raceabout was designed for off-road but you can still put off-road tyres and race it in the rally tracks if you like ...
Not kill ... just open up some options. I love the MRT that's why I want to "play" with it even more.
Not gonna happen. The MRT is a real car, and I think Scavier intend to keep every real-life cars in the game as realistic as possible. To put off-road tires on the MRT would mean changing the suspension, and that's not something that was done on the real car; therefore don't expect to see it here!
