How do I change the steering wheels of cars XRR, XFR etc ... other

Im not sure, but i think that you cant do it in patch Z.

You can. It's in a .DDS. Don't know which one though

That isn't for XRR, XFR etc. They have own wheel textures like XF_XXX.

nope. the correct name of the file is XRRwhlcenter1 And for XFG, XRG and XRT the files are Leather3, Leather3_join and Leather3_stitch
