not worth it if you've already got 667.

maybe if it's from cl5 667 to cl4 800 you'd see some difference. still not worth it though, unless you increase the amount of it...

What's the brand on those mems? I've got 1GBx2 667mhz working at 800mhz and I've never had any problems with it, the brand is supertalent.

Thats from a wholesaler in my area, convert that to your local currency and should be about right. i'd always go the 800mhz over the 667. as long as your mobo can handle it (must be fairly old if its using 667/800, like mine is)

I'm not saying DDR800 isn't fast - yes there'll be an improvement - but i'm not sure the improvement will be worth it...
