doh i dont believe it :(
discovered about 1 am this morning that my calibration has been f*ck*ed up since i got my DFP

suddenly realised that pedals mave been functioning as on off switches, no wonder i couldn't get fo8 off line easily or through tight bends when accelerating and why i couldn't run high brake forces without locking up everywhere.

now all i've got to do is start to learn to drive again as it all feels completly different, even steering is different.

tried fo8 on old q version of lfs and its almost as big a change as the patch made

Learn to drive again? How bout recallibrate..
In the controller menu, press recallibrate axis and move the wheel from lock to lock, then fully press both pedals. Then enable the callibration lock.

errmm, i think he is saying that his calibration has been buggered for ages and NOW that he has realised and finally FIXED it, its like a whole new game and he almost has to learn to drive all over again because he has been used to a completely stuffed up calibrartion for so long.

See, I was going to laugh at you, tinvek, for having raced with digital brake and gas, but now I laugh at SaM for not reading your post correctly.

Woops, haha. My bad. I worked all day yesterday and the day before.. cut me some slack!
yeah really anoying, trouble is on old lfs the fault was a bit masked by the tyre charecteristics but now it was so obvious that something was wrong.

its not the pedals thats the problem now its that the steering is so different.

im wondering now how the original calibration was so wrong as i'd cleared all calibrations with logitechs util before installing
