Hey, sometimes I have the same problem, I don't know why, perhaps someone knows?

PC is good enough? CPU especially?

I don't call you a newbie and please don't get me wrong, the first think that got in my mind was that could you have changed the analogue steer smooth option by a mistake?

I think it should be set to 0.00 for better performance and faster response. You can check it from Options - Misc - Analogue steer smooth.

Check your fps. I had the same problem when fps did drop below 30.
If that’s the case, try a 16bit resolution before the dropping of any other setting.

Yes, its PC problem, i have this problem too with my steering wheel when Fps is low. If you dont believe me go to the track, where FPS is high on your computer
