Help me here... they are both his, so how is that a merger?

Basicly because I have 2 teams and they have to work togeather so I had to join them togeather. [UVC] is still working but with [CR] as a base.

Damn, first you take their abbreviation and now you make one of their fastest drivers join a cruise team.

I just lol'd. Is there a website/forum for any more info? Is there a server for the games this team/clan plays? How can people join? Just e-mail you and they're in?
And why do you just create a new team when your old ones didn't work out? You try it for 2 hours and then think, 'hey, none is interested, I should make a new team so people will join that one!'. Well, now that you make a new team every hour people will be less and less interested. You should come up with something fun, not a cruising team. You should make a website, some nice skins and advertise a bit. This just looks like a team that's put together in 2 minutes. Spend some time on doing this. You will see when you have some real members, that you need to work hard to keep them active etc etc.
