As far as I know, there's no red lights at the end of the pits on LFS.

The server admin can change the pitlimit speed. 20 km/h - 140Km/h

no! well...have in Formula 1 got speedlimits off when they are practising for example in Barcelona? oh wait...they are not offline then...
