How do you get other people to see the driver suit skin online and does anyone know where to get a Michael Schumacher Ferrari suit skin.

You can't get other people to see your suit skin online. Only helmet and car skins are uploaded to LFS World so people can see them.

Well I remember somebody had a skin of a person with a tshirt on instead of a racing suit and I could see it online.

That's not a skin. You have to edit your *.ply with a hex-editor to get the suitless and helmless drivers.
