Greetings all:
It's that time of year - to sign up for the Second Annual Kyoto 500, a product of New Dimension Racing.
Signups will be officially tracked beginning on 5 May 2009. You have until 23:59 UTC on the day prior to Qualifying starting, which is held on 20th June to meet all entry requirements. You may sign up for the race prior to meeting all requirements.
The soon-to-be attached PDF is the document I will be using to track all signups. Do not worry when this isn't updated right after you signup, I usually update it once a night or once every two nights.
As per the 2009 Rules, the entry requirements for this year's race are as follows:
- 300 Online Laps of FO8 on KY1
- An hotlap uploaded to LFSWorld of FO8 on KY1 within 103.50% of the WR
- Attendance at two (2) or more Official 2009 Kyoto 500 Practice Sessions
Practice sessions will start sometime within the next two weeks, with us running them as often as we can. You are encouraged to run in as many as you can, and not just show up, do your two, and go. The more you do, the better you can get acquainted with how we will be running the event, and get some practice in with other people who might be in the race. The sessions are also a good way to meet your laps requirement if you don't yet meet it.
