I was almost finished with my XR .dds mod and my PC crashed and I had to restart my PC. Is there any way of recovering my unsaved project?

Digging through the temp files sometimes works for some apps, alternatively save your work regularly as two files eg: save as save1 then next time as save2 then next time as save1 etc in case one corrupts, then you don't lose much.
