See if you can recreate the problem and post the replay. It'll tell Scawen alot more than just your written entry . . .
Quote from WGooden :Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I'd like to be able to sort the car type, track, amount of players etc.. by clicking on them and it would rearrange the list from smallest to largest and vise versa.

Anyways, thanks for the updates.

That is a feature i've been hoping for as well.

I have replay, but can't post it public, so what address do I sent it (1,6MB)?

Problem to recreate is that I can't do that alone....
Thanks for these test patches. It's really nice to be able to change the single seater dashes separately. The blue alphanumerics on the F08 were much too difficult to read for me.

I also have a suggestion. Would it be possible to have the rev counter on the FOX increase pixel-by-pixel instead of in 1000 RPM stages? It would really help in anticipating shift points instead of waiting for that light.

Just a little note - on the the Formula cars, you can go to in-car view and see other people's brake bias and anti-roll bar settings.

YESSSSS!!! It's much improved! I'm not sure at which point it got nudged, but it's tons better again now. There is still wind noise, which I'd prefer to kill if at all possible, but yeah.. monstrously better!

I think that the BF1's colossal top speeds actually underlined this otherwise minor problem.. at 195mph, you're overtaking a LOT of air!
It's my system Scawen, sorry if I wasted any of your time with these errors mate. I got an error in prime95 after I left it running for a few hours.
Quote from Scawen :FOX / FO8 / BF1 all have their own dashboard colour slider.

love it
btw the bug concerning the right mouse button in the tyre menu is still in (copy/paste works but direct entry of numbers doesnt)

and bramski maybe you should let memtest complete a few cycles to see if your ram is at fault (even though its rather unlikely that that particular bit up code always gets paged to the faulty bit of ram)

I'm going to let memtest run when I go to sleep tonight, hopefully I can see if my ram is faulty using that. I also just noticed that I have been running without a paging file too, I turned paging file back on and it hasn't crashed since (fingers crossed) so it's a puzzler but at least it's only me who is experiencing it so I'll get to the bottom of it one way or another.

Ditto-- and thx for updates..
since this thread seems used to fix the current release from bugs, i post here:
tonight i experienced again (first time since patch S) the "invisible car" bug that was already addressed in the bug section a long ago.
i have patch S still.
just to remind what this bug is about, i summarize:
sometimes at some point when connected to a server my lfs stops sending packets and everyone else no longer see my car (just the "lag" writing and my dot not moving) to me is everything normal (except everyone crash into me because they don't see me) i can win races but if i'm too far from the first racer the server forces me into spectate mode (because it sees me not moving), leaving a server and rejoining (or joining another server) dosent solve, i MUST exit lfs and restart it to make it work again.

i know to happen to other people, even if i don't think is a very popular bug.
i hope it could be fixed once for all, thanks
This is exactly my problem - besides, that i can fix it by just leaving and rejoining the server.

... i´m wondering on how many others would have the problem, but won´t recogniced it, because everything seems to be ok - just that a lot of crashers are on track...
Not sure if this is a red herring, but when I was trying T3 and connecting to a T3 server I got the error in the screenshot, then the "did not receive track info"? When I reconnected to the same server again, I didn't get the error.

I haven't had much time to try T4 online yet, so can't be sure if I'll get it again...

You Alt+tabbed while joining the host and then Alt-tabbed back into LFS, did you not?
No, I was in full screen, got the error, took the screen shot, Shift+F4, pasted screen into paint and saved it, Shift+F4'd LFS window, took 2nd screen shot and pasted that into paint.

Reconnecting back to the same server a 2nd time didn't give the me error again. That's why it maybe a red herring because it's the first time I've had the error and the only change to LFS was the T3 patch. Also, no one else has reported this error (it could have been a comms problem with my internet connection).

I've seen it before if I try to alt-tab while connecting to a server. AFAIK, packets get lost when you try to do that and it cannot connect.
You shouldn't Alt-Tab at all with LFS, use Shift-F4 instead.
I was in a single player hot lap- took a screenshot- Shift+F4'd out to paste it in Photoshop.. Then I went to a couple forums... and IE6 would not use any of my cookies while LFS was running!? Is that normal?

I didn't want to take any chances so I exited out of everything and rebooted- thank god I did not lose them all.. Seems like a very strange problem, I will have to test it out to see if it happens again.

yeah you're right! it took several weeks to me to figure it out, actually i didn't, but was another racer that told me he cannot see my car because i just won the race few tenths of a second before him, but he tought he was the first because he couldn't see my car (i was thinking he was a dirty racer because in the last corners he was ramming me)
