Nope due to a glitch in the sytem we have here on earth, most humans can never remember what or who they where before they exsisted, nor can we say that after death we have our memory in such a place.

Anyway, if you died whilst lapping it wouldn't be God who turned up, it would be Death.
I gather he can ride a horse and use a scythe pretty well, but I'm not sure he would be any good at driving a car. He did ride a motocycle in 'Soul Music' however.
