youtube it, i watched a tutorail, you have 2 search while your car in the track not in the pit.
hope that helps
edit*
jsut got it working,
simply set the angle at say 24.0 then leave workshop to pit aera(on track) then alt tab and search 24.0
then back into lfs, click pit, change it, leave pit search etc...
you must search when actualy on the track (iv found) or may not find it..
good luck
Totally can't use this mod, been trying since the first one was released to the public a few patches ago. Tried every single tutorial, every possible way, and it ALWAYS says to try a new search... can't get it working for that stupid "nos mod" either.
I can't figure this out at all, is there somewhere the mod needs to be installed to? Somewhere it needs to be used at? Nobody can give a CLEAR answer as to how it works, they just say "google it" "youtube it", every instruction I see on the forums here are diffrent...
I suppose more lock isn't my thing. I'll have to rely on driver skill or something.
1) Lets say you have a car, picked a track and are in the pits. Set the steering angle to 20.0 degrees, then click ok . That should take to to the track.
2) Bring up C-O-M, choose Live For Speed from the drop down menu, then type in 20.0 and hit search. After its gone through and made a sound(normally one annoying beeping majigg)
3) Then pit again, change the value of the steering angle to 21.0 ingame, click ok again and back at the track.
4) Once again bring up C-O-M, delete it all (20.0) and punch in 21.0, then click search [ NOTE - DO NOT CLICK NEW SEARCH]
Once again you should hear a single beep.
5) Then pit, change the value of the steering angle to 22.0, then back to the track
6)Bring up C-O-M again and change the value to 22.0, then hit search again
7)Pit for the final time and change the value to 23.0, clicking ok and back to the track
8) Bring up C-O-M and change the value to 23.0 and hit search. You should see something similar to - Cha-ching! Got it. Enter the value you'd like to change it to, and hit 'Set' - and a code in brackets, save that code and enter it everytime you'd like to change the steering angle.
9) I normally pit before setting the value but thats because its how ive done it. Choose a desired number, hit set the tick lock box. Leave the pits and test it out, If you find its too much take some away or add some one.
If you find this no good your seriously doing something wrong and should maybe consider keeping things how they are. With all that being said, now hows bout an s2 account. JUST KIDDING!! If you still having trouble post up and ill try again
[ED] I do also apologize for bumping quite an old thread
