wow, that was unexpected wonder how they even got it there. (like without being caught.)
I've seen something like that on Euro Sport (many moons ago) they had to transfer a bunch of open wheels from track to lock ups, but for whatever reason the transporters weren't available, so they were all driven along public roads in a massive convoy of awesomeness to the lock-ups.

There are also a couple of modified street legal 'F1' cars in the world. One's in Japan and it's got a 2 litre F3 engine and one's in the UK but I don't know the engine for it. They totally comply with local laws, so the UK one's got mudflaps, indicators etc. At Monaco they used to drive F3 cars from the track to the garages (not sure about the F1 cars though). Martin Brundle actually fried the engine of an F3 car there because he got stuck in traffic.
