This is the exact reason why I had closed the thread. It was mentioned earlier on in this one that the mod who closed it should've just cleaned up the off topic posts.

Sorry, but given the number of them and given how the thread had turned into a wanking fest, I didn't feel like wasting my time. If you want to waste your own time posting bollocks and troll then do so. Just don't expect anyone else to waste their time cleaning up your crap so a thread can actually get back on topic. Or more than likely, descend into a petty argument over what OS you take to bed at night, and why everyone should be doing the same.

For the record, had the OP wanted the thread cleaned and then reopened then I would've done so.

I don't mind what the mods do but what i don't get wis why they don't answer my PM's. I know they get lots of PM's but i've sent Bob and sam each 2 PM's and 1 to angry angel and i sent them each about 1-2 months ago.

I sent franky500 a PM in January about a mistake on the 500 servers main page. I haven't received a reply and the mistake is still there.

That's from the CTRA subforum. No subforum owner should be, or in fact is, required to tolerate anything they don't want to in their own section.

Moderation is at subforum owners' discretion. When you put in the effort that WE put in, to deal with incidents and reports on a daily basis for over 2 years, and when there are individuals in this community that seem to deliberately try to sap your enthusiasm for your voluntary efforts, you have to have that extra level of control. I gave a link (later removed) to [you know who]'s site where it lists all the tweaks, in an orderly fashion so I gave that link to the OP. Anywho, I got an infraction: "Infraction given to imthebestracerthereis for linking to an illegal mod, in breach of LFS forum rules." I was unaware that the tweak was an illegal mod.

Now I understand if he would have removed that link with a reason in the edited spot underneath, I would have not put the link on the forum. BUT if you check out this guys' response you will notice no infraction.

This is the first and so far ONLY time that any moderator said something about it.
