I'm upgrading (will be buying in roughly 3 weeks), taking my xfi card...BFG 8800gtx and optical drives out of this machine, everything else is being replaced...how do these parts look?

Pretty good build. But you don't want a new video card as well? An 8800 is old now.

If this PC would be for LFS only, 8800 (and even 8600) would be enough. But for Crysis/IV/etc GTX 260 would be much better.

I'll upgrade that at a later date, another 3-4 months

Are you planning on SLI'ing? If not just go for the 520HX corsair. 750 is overkill.

Maybe, just 750 is a safe bet. The case has 6 fans, there will be 3 HDDs in it in total, and I'll also be overclocking. When I get a new video card I may get crossfire too, so its just there for being there's sake.
