I updated the server with the latest patch, and the config files no longer work. It's something to do with /track on line 8.

If I give the track a bogus name it says "invalid track".

If I give the track a proper name it says "Paramiter 8 is invalid."


Help?

And I see you are in Dubai , a teammate of ours just moved over there, but doesn't have a computer to play LFS on

Now that the track command has been tidied up, you only need the one command.

It used to be 3 lines in the config file..
/track=Blackwood
/configuration=2
/reversed=yes

Now, the same 3 lines are accomodated in the one track command. Therefore the above is condensed into:
/track=bl2r

If you don't want it reversed, just leave the r off the end. You can capitalise in your config, if you prefer.. BL2R etc.

Tracks are:
Blackwood: bl
Fern Bay: fe
South City: so
Kyoto Ring: ky
Aston: as
Westhill: we

There's also autocross, dragstrip etc, but I can't remember those off the top of my head.

Cool! It sucks that he doesn't have a computer though...he'd better do something about that soon eh!
