Well, it's time for me to fix up the rules, and prepare for signups. Just figured I'd do a bit of a teaser.
The Kyoto 500 is NDR's flagship event, and is designed to be the LFS version of the Indianapolis 500. The race and qualifying is at the mid-late part of June. We start the signups and practice events early to ensure as many as possible get the chance to get in it. It's 270 laps of the Kyoto oval with the FO8...it provides some excellent, excellent racing. Last year's race was great all around, and this year's should promise more and more of the same.
30 cars, rows of three, for a rolling start taken at 150 km/h ? Are you serious ? Wait....four lap average qualifying ? I only get three shots in 12 total hours ? Wait...everyone watches me qualify ? OMFG ! I'm scared now...but hey....can I join ?
