Hey guys, i bought NHL 09 since i had one problem with NHL 08, but for some reason i get EXACTLY the SAME problem with NHL 09

So, heres the deal.

1st it starts very decently and smoothly, as good as you can get. EA Sports its in the game goes very well. Then it loads where the skating figures are highlighted to show that the game is loading (no lag at all, loads in just few seconds) Then i get the information screen (NHL 2009, 2008, ea sports etc etc) and then hits the problem. I get only "quit game" option, Nothing else is shown on the screen except the background. Could someone help me with this? or is it newest NHL 09 game? "start'n'quit"?

My computer's basic specs.

Processor - Ati AMD Phenom X3 8650
Video card - Nvidia GeForce 9800GT
Ram - 4gb
500 gb space on hard drive.

Got Windows Vista.

NHL's are the only games i get this stuff. For example Fifa 2007 runs without any problems whatsoever

could be a video driver issue or just crappy EA Sports fault for releasing the same game with a different name.

I dont think that its video driver issue, im going to get my monnaayy back from the store i bought, tomorrow.
