I think it´s an easy thing to do. It´s all about custom starting positions.

Its kinda same ...

I was messing around in drag race track. I put the start position out of the fence and kaboom. I could race on the big mountain, dont know how to tell exactly - but it let me drive around the "closed area".

Using incar view when the car is out of bounds of the actual track, you usually end up with the ground being see through.

EDIT: i have wanted to race on that little oval, but i can only get half way down either of the straights before the car gets reset.

i guess u can use custom view and add objects along the borderof the road.. wouldnt be the same i guees?

Yeah, custom start point, as with this (attached) the centre bit was transparent incar though...still a funny place for a DD
