I have a 3 branded ZTE 627 data modem / dongle thing, which is unlocked, and an O2 iPhone SIM for the free internet - I've got it working using the Telstra software that came with the unlocking tool, but the 3Connect software just tells me that the SIM is unsupported.

What application would you recommend I use? The Telstra stuff feels a little bloated and doesn't seem that good tbh.

Any recommendations? I've heard about MWConn, but I couldn't get that working (maybe I just suck!), and also about Huawei's "Mobile Partner", but I couldn't find that...

MWConn does a good job for me. It's small, has many features and it works.

LOL no I didn't - I can't seem to get it setup though - all I know is that I need to dial "*99#" and it does the rest itself.

I just tried some ZTE software (admittedly for the 622) but it didn't work :X
