Yeap, check the details on both pictures. Everything matches except the side stripes, maybe its just about paint-job.

No problem, glad it helped... We have many of those Renault's Gordini still going in argentina. After giving that answer, I thought it could be also a Renault Dauphine, very similar and contemporary cars.

Anyway, I've never heard of the Henney Kilowatt, it appears to be a Renault Dauphine electrical version, sounds like mister Henney had a lot money and invested in making that car into an electrical one.
