Not sure if this has come up yet, but it would be great to have to enter the name of a setup in a way that the game recognises what track it is for so that when you load into a track the setups for that track are at the top of the list in order of what you got the quickest pb with.

Yes, and also a category for what KIND of setup it is. Hotlap, short race, endurance etc. Maybe just sort them by length.

I also think that setups should save the fuel you prefer due to the fact that allot of people dont like the same fuel for every setup, and most people use a different setup for each track, which entails a different fuel load. So instead of manually changing the fuel amount every time you change a setup, why not save that data with that specific setup?

I was also thinking of something like this (like in 1st post).

I'd love if LFS could also remember last used setup for each combo.
So when you enter (the first time) the garage on any combo you already have the last (used) setup selected.

I'd also like, when passing setups to each other, that they retain the original name they were sent with. When you click to save it, they're already named.

Well, I actually suggested that just a few days ago.. Noone was very happy about that :P
