when i try to create a game i get an tcp problem

First off, why are you using port range forwarding when you need a single port forwarded?
Second, a bind fail probably does not have anything to do with the router, it's more likely the port is already being used by some other software you are using? Try another one.

so how wouldd i fix the problem and is this port right because i had no idea which one to use. is there any way i can fix the problem thanks for the help
