Best way to solve every single problem or conflict on the planet is to enforce a law for all that involves fifty foot walls and law which is split into three sections one to three.

Section one must agree to have all communication and transaction available for use in court if needed and live by very strict law in return for a criminal free community.

Section two is reserved for people who wish two live in mixed community's.

Section three is reserved for criminals where weapons are in abundance and they can just blow themselves away as they please. Would make good TV too!

I would have no qualms giving up my rights and privacy in return for security.
