Put Gareth Lloyd in his car (a friend of mine who runs an evo in time attack, although he really should run his Escort cosworth and pump up the power as it's just a machine of a car) and it would go faster..

No idea why Olly Clarke didn't win it, his car is the shit (it doesn't qualify as jap crap as it's actually had time spent on it)..

If Andy Gallacher were to have been able to run there he would shit on olly..

Strictly speaking it doesn't go head to head against the pro boys as gallachers car is in the extreme class as the front end has been space framed..

My dads car beat Ollies with 35K's worth of car and his has a serious amount of money thrown at it, if you threw that amount at a Lotus it'd be unstopable.

What car does/did your dad run in time attack, i presume it was in time attack? Check out andrew gallachers lap record at knockhill ;-) believe me when i say it would be the fastest car in time attack if if were part of the pro class ;-)

He ran it in 10 of the best on the autocross section, Craig Dolby drove it and was 0.5 secs up before the last corner on his first run before the clutch went, we trailered it up while Criag went to gloat to Ollie It was the same car as that just with a SC'd Honda instead of an Audi Turbo. So what kind of power has this car your going on about then have? I know that Elise was circa 400-500bhp on the day and 700kg, whatever it is would have to be pretty silly bhp to come close to it

it has 650hp but with the new engine it should be 800hp and the car weighs around 950-1050kg (i never can remember) and laps knockhill in 50seconds dead ;-)

Well Ollie's car is apparently 850bhp and kitted out with some serious upgrades to make it go round corners too and i doubt whatever it is your talking about isn't as well prepped as Ollie's and hasn't got more power, so i don't know where you'd find this 1.5secs to beat steve

It's already been out and beat olly at oulton park iirc (but obviously not the same class) and olly beat steve... :O steve isn't unbeatable LOL

Steve's car is getting there, even he has said that theres alot more to be done yet and i think they're about ready to put 500bhp in it soon, so will be good to watch.

That Focus has had a serious amount of money thrown at it A little unfair comparing something thats illegal to something that obides by the Time Attack regs.. But im pretty sure Steves would still beat it when he puts the power up and gets some other things sorted.

Meh, it's only illegal because of the modified suspension pickup points iirc..

To me olly using nitrous is as good as cheating (not to mention completly GAY), nitrous is only for fast and the furious

When Andrew did that lap record he was on slicks, Ollie was on R888's theres a pretty big difference.

he also did it on a partially drying track and on his 650hp motor with of course no nitrous, what body makes up on the corners ollie takes away on the straights with gay nitrous and 200hp more. We will see how much faster andy goes when he has his genuine 750hp motor in. He only does time attack for a laugh lol

I have no idea what this Time Attack business is all about, but it looks pretty flippin' interesting - got any URLs?

Also, that Ollie chaps Scooby looks like a well balanced machine indeed.
