Is this a bug, as i would say it probably is.

for some reason that old thread had the same poll-id assigned to it as your new thread did. Since that was an older thread (with a lower thread-id), vB linked the poll to that thread first, when looking in the db which thread belonged to the poll.

how that wrongful assignedment got there, I don't know :/

edit - i noticed a lot of other threads also had an invalid pollid assigned, weirdly enough. These have been reset now though, to prevent further faulty poll linkages. Or at least, i guess i should keep an eye on it; maybe it's a vB bug. Anyway, getting a bit specific here - i don't think ppl'll bother

yes it works normally now. You can check by viewing the results. The same bug appeared there in the quick-links line (but not anymore :P ).
